Canonical DefinitionGovernance Validation Standard (GVS) defines the structural conditions
under which governance decisions, governance actions, governance processes,
governance outcomes, governance controls, and governance relationships
remain verifiable, reviewable, auditable, governable, enforceable,
traceable, and operationally valid throughout the governance lifecycle.
GVS governs governance validation.
The standard establishes the foundational conditions required to determine
whether governance remains correct, whether governance operates according
to defined governance conditions, whether governance outcomes remain
verifiable, and whether governance-validation activities remain
reconstructable throughout operational reality.
Governance authority may exist.
